The coils used for tube making are all laboratory tested for chemical compositions and impurity identification before installation on tube mills.
The tubes are manufactured after the Purchase order is forwarded to the product manager. Usual turn around time to manufacture orders < 10 tonnes is 2 – 5 days.
Every single tube is individually polypacked, having unique brand colours for identification. They are stacked as a bundle and then wrapped with tape and tart for robust packaging. This avoids damage during transportation and prevents direct contact with moisture.
Each Bundle weighs on an average of 40-60 kgs, ranging from 35 pieces to 100 pieces considering the size and thickness of tubes.
SS tubes are majorly used as curtain pipes, then in the industrial front they are used in Heat exchangers, boilers, evaporators, condensers, pressure vessels and water treatment plants.
